Hi!
So I was wondering if anyone out there has heard of a NCLEX review book/cd that significantly if not entirely focuses on alternate format? Idealistically I picture a practice book/cd that has ALL "select all that apply" or alternate formats... I'm just really wanting to practice these questions... any help?

Based on experience, LaCharity was loaded with SATA and Drag and Drop style(putting steps in order). Of course it's not a Alternate format focused review, but it seemed like 40% of each chapter was either SATA or Drag and Drop style; especially those unforgiving case studies.
But yeah, I also wondered when I was reviewing if there were reviewers that focused strictly on alternate format, but I never found any.

yes i bought lippincott's alternate format questions for the nclex-rn at barnes. it reflected the april 2010 update. i highly recommend this book. a couple of questions from my nclex-rn were even similar. it had 350+ all alternate questions. it did not have a cd but has a code to access 500+ alternate questions on line.
here is the link: amazon.com: lippincott alternate-format questions [paperback]: lippincott (author): books
and yes lacharity is a must as well.
good luck,
angel, rn

SAUNDERS and KAPLAN had many alternative style questions that helped me get familiar with it... Looked just like it on the actual NCLEX-RN.

The only sources mentioned so far have been the LaCharity and Lippincott books. Apparently, authors have been slow on the bandwagon for this change in test format.
