NCC Spring 2021 NASSAU COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Hi Everyone, I am a Liberal Arts student at NCC right now and interested in "Change of Program" to Nursing for Spring 2021. I have almost all the Pre-reqs done with 3.7 GPA. Only thing I worry about at this moment is the TEAS Exam. I did not take the TEAS yet and due to the COVID-19, there's no any test date available in my area. Do you guys know if they would consider my application without the TEAS? Please let me know if you know anything about this situation. Thank you

I just called and spoke to a nice lady from admissions. She said that the official spiel she was told to give was that they'd still go out by Thanksgiving. She said people are working remotely but that's the latest update she had been given. Guess we shall see

that probably means on or after thanksgiving we will get some type of answer. I mean this is just out of control. How are we going to enjoy the holiday. I don't even want to eat.

I heard after Thanksgiving from some in Academic Advisement. And there are 100 spots between day and evening. BUT maybe before Thanksgiving which means latest tomorrow or today. IDK what to believe at this point. Just a waiting game.

Mine is still the same as well. I really hope they don’t make us wait until after the holiday because that’s just cruel. They should want to give us another reason to be thankful smh.
