NCC Spring 2021 NASSAU COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hi Everyone, I am a Liberal Arts student at NCC right now and interested in "Change of Program" to Nursing for Spring 2021. I have almost all the Pre-reqs done with 3.7 GPA. Only thing I worry about at this moment is the TEAS Exam. I did not take the TEAS yet and due to the COVID-19, there's no any test date available in my area. Do you guys know if they would consider my application without the TEAS? Please let me know if you know anything about this situation. Thank you

I tried calling earlier. No one answers. My guess would be to email them.

Did you get in? I have similar stats as yours, so just wonder if you got it. Thanks

Hey everyone, just wanted to ask about the interview and advisement when accepted. Any tips, is it a legit interview ?

TIA

there won't be an interview. you just meet the advisor to check if you passed all prereqs and they will tell you what classes you can register for and when

Hey, I would recommend finishing the majority of the classes before applying. It won’t hurt to apply but you’ll have a better chance with more classes done or a great score on the TEAS. I wouldn’t worry about the GPA either.
