Good for you! I am going to start NC 1 next week. How long did you study for?
I uhhhhhh studied for 2 hours. I basically took the excelsior pre and post study test. I DO NOT recommend doing this, and WILL NOT do this for anymore of the tests.
I walked in to door prepared for anything. I did not realize there was 160 questions or I would have studied longer. For some reason I thought there was only 60. I almost cried. I literally bit off some nails waiting for the test results.
I highly recommend the tests thru excelsior. There were several questions that were VERY similar.
Good luck!!!:monkeydance:
i passed tooooooo....whhhhooooooooo hhhhhhhhhhhhooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! done with nc 1 ...time to get on nc3... congrats to you..where did you take it....:monkeydance::monkeydance::monkeydance:
i cant believe it, but i passed nc1 today..... yeah! now onto nc3.:monkeydance::monkeydance::monkeydance:
i had one calculation problem that i needed a calculator for ..drip rate. i had three others but i did them in my head...you have a calculator on your computer, you cant bring one in. also out of the 160 questions only 5 came from the practice test, i was expecting more... but i'm done with it......:monkeydance::monkeydance::monkeydance::monkeydance:
do you need a calculator for that test?
When I took the tests (1997-1999) once I clicked done with the test I could scroll down a little further and see my grade immediately.
It is still the same way, just my computer was very slow. I was also having problems with my mouse. It needed to be cleaned, and I knew if I started to take it apart to clean they would throw me out.
I do plan on studing more for this test. I got the book and plan on taking it in 2-3 weeks.
TX----how long are you planning on studing?
