Hello everyone!
I recently applied to the pb bsn program at national university- san diego location. I wanted to meet other potential nursing students who applied or are applying to this cohort. I was wondering what some of you scored on your teas, GPA, are you pb or generic entry etc. I can't wait to meet you all!! :)
Omg guys! I woke up with my heart racing, I had a dream under my soar portal said "accepted" so I started screaming so loud it woke me up.
Welcome Hanney_boo!! How do you know your essay score? I'm curious to know mine.
I agree with the science portion, it drive me crazy. I saw on the ATI website that the TEAS VI is coming out in August so I'm wondering if NU will switch their requirements.... How long did it take for you to find out?
This is driving me crazy!!!

Don't worry JVC83, you have such an amazing TEAS score, you'll definitely be getting in.
I know my essay score because this is my 2nd time applying to NU and I used my essay from my previous attempt. Which was silly really since my TEAS was only 79.3%. Hoping I can retake again soon at SDSU and then try to up that score for my last attempt at NU. I think NU only lets you apply to the program up to 3 times. Ugh so frustrating, but I will not give up!!
Wait, but you don't know if you got in yet. Don't panic! Is it true they make you skip an application period? So if we don't get in now we would not be able to apply in April?
I'm trying not to panic, but my scores aren't the highest
And yes, they do make you skip an application period. So if we don't get into this one, we will be applying to cohort 49.
From looking at past cohorts, it looks like we find out the saturday or a week after the next application period ends. So it looks like the fourth week of March. I don't think they would wait until April to tell us but who knows...
Oh God! If that is the case it would be after 04/15 because that is the deadline for next application.
The guy I handed my Teas score to the day of the essay told me end of March :/

You can take your TEAS test again? I thought you could only take it the day they assigned to you?

Hi everyone! I applied to cohort 47 as well. It's my second time applying to NU so I'm really hoping & praying I get in this time!
However, I only got a 79.3% on my TEAS today. I also only have a 3.3 gpa, 3 B's and 1 A. I think I got a 14 on my essay as well. I'm just having such a hard time studying for the science portion of the TEAS, it's so random!!
