National University - Cohort 61 -SD

Published

Hi,

I wanted to start this for those who are applying to Cohort 61. Has anyone been to a recent nursing info session where they've gone over anything about the newly added interview component?

Thanks!

Interview it out of 5! so we got that part wrong too lol, multiply your interview score times 4!

GPA 3.7 =37 pts

TEAS 87.3 x .4 = 34.92 pts

Interview 4.25 x4 = 17 pts

Total points 88.92

Thanks so much ?

Where did you hear that from?

He was telling us a lot of things!! haha

I want everyone in the forum to pat themselves on the back for getting to this point. I have been trying to get into nursing school for the past year, so I can empathize with each and every one of you in this forum. It’s stressful. It’s annoyingly competitive, but please remember that we are ALL HUMAN. Our grades are not nearly as important as our attitudes on how we continue our pursuits and how we treat one another and that’s something I wish I heard when I started applying to schools. With all of your persistence and determination, I have no doubt in my mind we will all cross paths and be successful nurses in the long run! I’m hoping off the forum, but I wish you all the best of luck and hope to meet you guys soon!

@Aph12 mine was at 140 today ?

The guy mentioned that they’ll probably know scores at the end of the day..... so even though we were told 1-2 weeks it might be sooner. Let’s think positive. Good luck to all the future Nurses ✌?

That makes sense since they grade it immediately after each interview. They probably just have to organize it and that’s it. Good luck everyone! I hope to meet you all very soon ❤️❤️

I bet we find out at the end of the week! I'm hoping we do

Do we only get one week off for Christmas during this program?

So there’s a $2500 orientation fee and I heard it’s more now. Does anyone know When all the fees are due ones accepted ?

$250 is due when you get accepted to hold your spot. Like an enrollment/ commitment fee.

The roughly $2,250 orientation fee is due before/on orientation

I just looked through my email and saw this too. Acceptance emails are sent out through SOAR, but now that people have national University school emails does it get sent through there?

What do you guys think?
