Hi,
I wanted to start this for those who are applying to Cohort 61. Has anyone been to a recent nursing info session where they've gone over anything about the newly added interview component?
Thanks!

I think I did well! It so hard to say since we all had different interviewers and questions, but I felt pretty good afterwards! How did yours go?

I was so nervous I had no idea what they meant by diversity in healthcare and was thinking they meant like "adaptability" of a nurse or something and somewhere in my blabbering I managed to bring it back to diversity among staff and how we need multiple view points from all walks of life in healthcare or something lol. fingers crossed...
The anticipation is killing me haha!!! I got the diversity question too!

They didn’t ask my one time why I wanted to be a nurse ? the closest thing they asked me was why did I choose national University lol
yikes I would have blown it with that question. Super unexpected haha

Yeah, that's exactly what they asked me!! They did ask me why I wanted to be a nurse though, and a few questions about what a nurse should possess.
Mines was very straight forward. About diversity, why I chose national, why nursing. And the diversity also threw me off a little. Lol ?
They also ask if I had any question for them afterwards and at the point I couldn’t think of any lol
I wonder if they have a picture of questions or do they all use the same questions

They asked me all the same questions, but professionalism in the healthcare setting.
The lady said I had an aura about me, hopefully that’s good ????
I was recommended to always read a company’s/schools mission statement, and nationals included a little blurb about diversity so I expected it. But diversity and inclusion are pretty different so I thought that was a great question to ask! And those are buzz words right now so I’m sure that’s a common question in interviews nowadays.
Did you guys find out the averages for this chohort? SO LOW! Average gpa was 3.4 and average teas was 85

My guess is that they all have the same questions but only pick 5 of like 15 they have or something? Do you think they are going to take forever to send out the results?

They had groups of questions. I know that because she told the lady next to her, “we are going to use group C”
and a guy told us we would hear in a week.
