Hi,
I wanted to start this for those who are applying to Cohort 61. Has anyone been to a recent nursing info session where they've gone over anything about the newly added interview component?
Thanks!

All of your CPR and vaccinations need to be completed before your orientation date. If you get accepted the nursing department will send you a detailed email regarding all of that stuff and how to properly submit it. Additional classes (the three co-requisites) can be completed at any time. I did them before I even got accepted into the program (a little risky, but if you're confident you'll get in, I say go for it!) The drug screen and background check is paid for by YOU. I believe it was $100 for both. You need to get your own health insurance and malpractice insurance. NSO offers one for $25 for a year.

By the way I forgot to say Congratulations on your acceptance! Super exciting, can't wait to be in your shoes. That is helpful, I plan to be as flexible as needed.
For the morning class, how early did you start ? What time in the am?
Thanks! you will be.
The first two weeks I start at 9 am but the second two weeks I start at 11am. It's so weird how it changes constantly.

There is TWO orientations!!! When I got my acceptance email and I saw that I was really thrown off. DON'T PLAN ANY VACATIONS lmao. The first one was $250 and the second one was around $2,000
