Hi everyone!
I just recently applied to nursing cohort 38 starting next April in San Diego. I'm currently waiting for my teas and essay date. I'm so anxious to find out if I've been accepted or not but I've been told we probably won't find out until January or February! Is there anyone who is in the same boat as me? Hope to receive some replies on here! :)
I emailed the person who told us about our admissions and he said only the students who don't get accepted into the program will receive a score summary in their portal. If you want your breakdown of scores just email your advisor and he or she should provide it for you but it won't show up in your student portal.
Congratulations to those who got accepted to the program!! I got the alternate spot;-( Does anybody know if I can find out how far down a list I may be? Also, do I need to give away my spot in order to apply for cohort 39? I really would like to start the program with you guys... Thank you!!
Hi Melanie & Bianca, I just friended both of you - my name is Nicole Rumpf and I can't wait to meet you both! Thanks. :)
Renielle, As for the orientation, I just got an email regarding it, you should have also (March 4th & 6th). As for the essay scores, I heard you only find out if you don't get in, but I am not positive...
So excited!
I got in to Cohort 38. Hurray! And I have seen a few people ask the amount for the orientation. It will just be billed to our student account you don't need to bring payment to the orientation. It was in one of the emails. However I think its around 2,000 for the orientation if I remember from the previous nursing info session. Glad to meet everyone who is in the cohort. I do not do facebook otherwise I would have joined the group.
