  1. For those of you who can't find the group on facebook just add me and I will add you to the group. Search: Bianca Surdilla.
  2. I emailed the person who told us about our admissions and he said only the students who don't get accepted into the program will receive a score summary in their portal. If you want your breakdown of scores just email your advisor and he or she should provide it for you but it won't show up in your student portal.
  3. Add me as well and I will add you to the group! I'd love to get to know my future nursing classmates!!! :) :) :) Bianca Surdilla
  4. Okay I made a group for our cohort on facebook! Just type in "Nursing Cohort 38" and I'll add you to the group!!! :)
  5. I actually found out the awesome news while I was shopping at the mall!! You could imagine how badly I was freaking out with all those shopping bags in my hand! Hahaha. But once again congratulations future nurses!!! All of our hard work paid off and it will continue to pay off as long as we stay hungry and aim for our goal of getting that nursing degree. We got this!! :)
  6. I GOT ACCEPTED TOO OMG!!! THANK YOU GOD! I am so happy!!! Congratulations you guys that got accepted!! I'm SO excited to begin this amazing journey with you all (:
  7. miss.mj, I also have 71 points prior to the essay! :) I met a friend in class who gave me the breakdown of scores for the recent cohort starting in January. The average amount of points for those who were guaranteed acceptance was 86 points and alternatives had around 82-83 points. Looking at everyone's scores here, it seems like we all have a shot of making it! I'm anxious to find out the results!!! We're all in this together :) Just remember, we WILL get into the nursing program! It's just not guaranteed when..It may be this April (God willing) or July or October. But no matter what happens, just keep pushing forward and stay positive! :)
  8. Welcome to the thread tiffanyryan! :)
  9. Congratulations everyone!!! :)
  10. Seems like everyone here is in pretty good standing!! I really hope we all make it! Our proctor during the test told us that the amount of people who applied for this cohort was smaller than usual so that kind of made me feel better about my chances. Usually there are 250-300 but I heard this cohort was around 160-170. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!! miss.mj, we won't find out our essay score until after we find out if we've been accepted or not.
  11. I really hope they stick to their word! This April's cohort didn't find out their results until February and they were told that they would find out mid-January too.
  12. KGCaligirl, I honestly don't mind sharing my scores. I scored a 78 the first time and the second time I boosted my score up in the low 80s.
  13. Jennaready86, did you email them and ask them when we would find out? Or did they just sent you an email saying that? Because I didn't receive anything from them!
  14. I did better my second time on the teas. I was so happy :) my essay prompt was so difficult! I got the one about how nursing is a science and art. I hope I did well on it. I'm really praying that we all get in! All we can do now is wait... But in the meantime I hope everyone enjoys their holidays!!! These next two months will fly by sooner than you think! Again, goodluck and keep in touch :)
  15. lyfhckr, I applied on October 15 and received my test date within a week of applying. Which cohort did you apply to?
