I thought I'd start a forum for Fall 2017

I've been denied twice, so this is my third time applying. I didn't get in for this semester and I had already finished AP1 & AP2 and was in micro. Now I'm applying with a 3.8 gpa and these classes towards nursing:

AP1-B+

AP2-B+

Micro-A

Stats-A

Development-A

English 101-A

Psych-A

TEAS-87

Keeping my fingers crossed!!

you have a great chance of getting in

wow that would really suck if i miss it by 4 points lol... I have 108. Guess just depends how many qualified applicants this year. Nursing dep said 64 spots for day and 24 for night.

Is everyone applying for day??

it depends on the people applying, fall is always harder to get into because of people applying out of high school. I'm praying I get in!!

Hello, I just decided to apply to Nassau Nursing program at the last minute. I submitted all my paperwork yesterday. Let the waiting games begin.

Hey guys I applied for the evening program. According to the point scale I have 129 points. I'm not a Nassau county resident so I don't get those extra points that kinda sucks. Is anyone else applying for the evening program?

I also applied for evening program

When do you think we'll hear from them? Mid April?

3rd week of april

I heard as late as middle of May. Anyone know about the dual program you can go into with NCC and Farmingdale State College? I heard while working for your associates at NCC, you can be earning credits at FSC too.

May :( I really hope we don't have to wait that long. I was reading through an old forum and someone mentioned that she is a nursing student at Ncc and is doing the bridge program for farmimdale but it's only one class that she has to take at Nassau that will count for Credit towards farmingdales nursing program.
