My review log for NCLEX-RN exam.

In one to two months I will be taking my exam, this thread is an online log to track my progress.I figure if I do it on my own, it will be most likely to FAIL. So Im here, taking all the risks. I know its hard to do it on my own, so I need some encouragements from everyone here (if possible).

So far, I gathered all the resources I need:

Books: LaCharity, Saunders, Kaplan and (to purchase) NCSBN online review.

Place; I mostly can focus on a not-too-noisy places, Library is one of my fave.

Lastly, to everyone who will be taking taking there exam this coming May or June,

I wish you all luck!

In the end, our strong faith to ourselves and the Divine will make us all reach success!

day 2: 05/02/12 - 5-week (ncsbn) part 2

finished --- lesson 1: mgt of care contents then, answered 20 questions with 75% score

finished --- lesson 2: safety and infection control contents then, answered 20 questions with 45% score

time now: 12:55 am may 3rd. goodnight!

Hope you don't mind if I join ur daily log. Will be taking my nclex around july. Lastnight I finish my cardiovascula, I use nclex 4000 all 223 questions I got only %74 :-( I will go over my cardiovascular chapter using saunders. Im so depress right now.

Safety and Infection Control is a biggie...Good job getting in there and doing it...I will follow as much as I can from the ship this week.

74% is not bad. I haven't heard of NCLEX 4000?.. Is that a book or online review program?..

thanks for keeping up in this thread. i feel motivated when someone leaves comment in here.

i tried answering the 20 q's in safety and infection control two times coz i can't get over it..

i got 65% the second time then 95% on the third.

p.s. this online review log is free to share with anybody who's also studying. like what i mentioned on the first post, its hard to do it on my own.. so the more the merrier. :hrnsmlys:

I've heard from people who pass it s a great practice for SATA. planning to enroll ncsbn maybe next month for my final review.
