It was my second semester, and had no idea what I wanted to do but I could've gotten a 4.0 easily with these classes, ugh. I lacked motivation and hardly went to class. I decided to do nursing, and I'll be starting on pre-reqs this fall. Hoping I can turn it around

Intermediate Algebra saved my GPA!! On to the ADN program in August!
To all who post---if I can do it, anyone can!! I've been out of school since 1983, and only returned in 2011. Study, study, and study some more! You can do it!!!

I know what you mean by needing the A's. My first bachelors degree grades were very very poor and most of the nursing programs I want to apply to require a cumulative GPA of 3.0 minimum. When you are starting out with 168 credits and a bad GPA it's quite difficult to move that quickly even when pulling A's/4.0's. Not to mention getting into a nursing school....
