MUSC Accelerated BSN

Does anyone know if this is a good program? I'm thinking about applying for it for Fall '08, but I don't know anyone who has gone to the school. I would love to know anything from quality of faculty to design of the program to how difficult it is to get accepted. Do most people who start the program graduate? Does anyone work during the program? Really anything would be very appreciated!

Well I was getting pressure from my second choice program to start doing background checks, finger printing, medical forms, etc and I wanted to hear from MUSC first so I called Tuesday and explained my situation. Peggy told me to call back Friday and they would have everything figured out by then. I did call and did find out that I was not accepted. So you can for sure call and find out right away! Looks like I'll be getting my background check done for Drexel :) Good luck to you all!

Don't you think they will be annoyed if we call in? I'm nervous to call, too! Were they friendly on the phone with you?

I'm sure they are used to it and even expect it by now. Besides, a month has gone since we were supposed to know. I think we've been pretty patient. BTW, I talk a good game now. We'll see if I actually have the nerve to dial the phone tomorrow! :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

It's not like they are going to move you off the accepted list and put you on the declined list... They had no problem telling me! She didn't even think twice about looking for me.

I am going to call tomorrow, too. I just can't be so paranoid when driving past the mailbox anymore.

Anyone know anyone getting in with a lower GPA (3.1ish??).
