MUSC Accelerated BSN

Does anyone know if this is a good program? I'm thinking about applying for it for Fall '08, but I don't know anyone who has gone to the school. I would love to know anything from quality of faculty to design of the program to how difficult it is to get accepted. Do most people who start the program graduate? Does anyone work during the program? Really anything would be very appreciated!

Just called and got voice mail. The receptionist told me that the lady wasn't picking up. Who could blame her? I'm sure the phone is ringing off the hook! Still, now that I've left a message I have to sit here and wait.

I just sent Lyla Hudson an email and I got an email back saying she will be out of the office until the 16th! I don't know who to call now, I guess I will just be waiting for a letter ((

Oh my gosh. Did she say why to you guys? She said that my being out of state had a lot to do with the decision. Super sad.

Use the regular number but last digits 8515

She was very nice but told me there would be a number to call in the rejection letter that you could use to talk to someone about what areas you need to improve on, etc.

I was also out of state and my GPA wasn't the highest...it was more of a "knew that was coming" than a let down. I suggest you all call because the stress of waiting isn't worth the reduction on your years of life

She didn't give me a reason of why I didn't get in, but she did tell me they were still working on the alternate list... so I guess there is still some hope for those of us who were not accepted.
