Hi everyone!!!

I wanted to go ahead and make a thread for MUSC's Spring 2015 hopefuls. I know it is a little bit early to start this thread, but I am just so excited. I am looking forward to everyone stats and encouragement for each other. Looking forward to the results!!!

Yeah, I don't think it was explicity stated on their site but when you get to the online application there is a place where you either type one in or upload it. Don't know if it was a requirement or not, but I remember submitting one. Hopefully you can get some clarification on this.

You most definitely need that Resume/CV to make your application complete. Without it, they have no record of your work/volunteer/medical experience. I would call them to check on your application, but it unfortunately may be a factor in your acceptance. My sister, now in the program, knows there are sticklers in the admissions for the nursing program. They have eliminated applications for misspellings in essays, incorrect dates between the transcript and online application, etc.

Call and check and see if you can resolve it. I'd hate for that to be the reason you don't get considered!

Hello guys!"I talked to lyla yesterday both on the phone and through emails. She said for my humanities since I have three of them in progress right now, it will satisfy the pre-req deficiency once they are successful completed. I asked about when to hear from them this is what she put "The admission board will be meeting early to mid October and we should expected mails by ending of October. " I hope she just extended the time to cover their end. Good luck to every one. I know we will be classmates soon. Thanks for your concern MOCAPOCA!

Good morning! Does anyone know how the school informs applicants of their decision? Is it through mail or email?

Also, I noticed that the applicant status reports are no longer available. Is anyone else still able to view them? This happened to my sister a couple of weeks ago, but up until yesterday I was still able to see them. Thanks in advance!

Hey, I have combed these threads before I applied and everyone has gotten word of their decision by mail. I hear it comes in a white envelope. If it's a thick "package", that's good news...If it's a thin envelope, not so good. After letters have been mailed, if you call to inquire, they will also tell you over the phone too.

Are you talking about the personal application status link? I am still able to view mine...Anyone else want to chime in?

I haven't been able to pull it up and I have tried on 4 different computers and browsers. Maybe they took it down to update it ;)?

Thanks for the information! No, not the personal application status. There were reports of how many applicants have "accepted", "declined" or were "pending" which must have all been the priority applicants.

Ohhhh okay. Well I did try to look this morning from my home. That was around 6 something...and I noticed that I couldn't get on either. I thought it was just me.

But now that I am at work and using MUSC computers (I don't know if that's why I'm able to look at it), I was able to pull it up. If you've been following for the past few days, it hasn't changed at all. The 2 pending out-of-staters are still pending...there hasn't been any more movement. This was updated on 10/01/14 @ 3:42am. I tried to attach a screenshot to show you all but it's not letting me upload it. :bluecry1:
