MOUNTAIN VIEW COLLEGE NURSING Spring 2022

Hello everyone! I am new to all nurses in hopes to reach people who are applying at Mountain View College for Spring 2022, or other dcccd nursing programs (brookhaven, el centro, and north lake). I see that previous students have created a thread, and it seems to have been very helpful for them. Please reply if you are going to apply to one of these, we can help each other out in the process! 

Hey Everyone! I will be applying for the Spring 2022 cohort as well. If I’m calculating correctly, I am at 25 points. Does anyone know the past average points they usually accept?

I got both doses but I don’t think it’s necessary as long as you get your positive titers

25 points is really good! I don’t know what they usually accept /: it would be very helpful to know

It’s hard to say I think it varies per applicant pool ... is this counting your HESI points and also r u applying to north lake el centro or Mountain View ?

This is including my HESI points. I’m applying to MV and Brookhaven. I know Brookhaven calculates their points differently than MV.

Yes and see I’m applying to north lake and el centro so I’m not positive how those points are calculated best of luck to ya !

Quick question you guys,

are we no longer emailing Rochelle Self-Drake for questions and concerns ? Because when I went to the contact us page, Barbara from Brookhaven popped up. And I noticed Rochelle hasn’t been responding to my emails.

Hey I would email [email protected]. It says to email questions/concerns there on this site https://www.dallascollege.edu/cd/credit/nursing/mvc/pages/application-forms.aspx 

She has replied to me through there
