  1. Yes, I have emailed and paid for the services. Im thinking its because its been about thirty years for one and the other one is about twenty years old. I'm afraid this may stop me from moving on to next semester. Time will tell
  2. I am going to Level 3 of the ADN program for my school. However, they are requesting two transcripts from schools that are no longer in business. I attended these schools as far as 1993 and 2005. None of the credits are transferable. I am not sure what to do because, my school is not approving my financial aid until they get these transcripts that I cannot obtain. Both of the institutions have been closed for years. In fact, one of them has a lawsuit against them. Has anyone had trouble in getting transcripts from Closed institutions in Texas or just period? If so, what resources did you use to obtain your transcripts?
  3. What exactly is a "flipped program"? What does it entail? Please only those who cam speak from experiencing the "flipped program" setting at TVCC.
  4. Yes I received an email as well asking for an alternate email besides the school email that I applied to the program from.
  5. Yes, I got an email from her yesterday.
  6. I will be applying for Spring 2022-Mountain View
  7. QueenT I studied ror about 8 wks with emphasis on Math (weakest subject) and A/P. I used resources such as NurseHub, Quizlet, Youtube, Khan Academy and any other resource that was effective in order for me to retain the information. I would study 1-2 hours during Mon-Fri and 2-4 hours on the weekends. Effective studying for me is REPETITION-MNEMONICS-VISUALS. This recipe works for sure.
  8. Has anyone applied with about 14 points which were just for the prerequisites only (no supporting reqs), 3.0 GPA, and 90 percentile HESI scores.s for each section? I am trying to see how competitive the ranking points are at MVC.
  9. Hello All, I am new to the group. I wanted to know does a 3.8 GPA, HESI cumulative 95.6% and 21 points so far is good enough to apply to the Mountain View College nursing program?
  10. Lishia2021 thank you so much. I wish that MVC had an information session via online or in-person where we can ask questions and get clarification on the process. I know that some schools have info sessions which is great.

  12. Has anyone taken the HESI Prep Class at a community college? If so, do you think it helped with your scores on the HESI exam?
