Mount Sinai PSON ABSN Fall 2021

Starting the thread since I could only find Summer 2021z Has anyone applied to and/or gotten an admission decision from Mount Sinai PSON for their ABSN program starting Fall 2021? Where else did you apply? Share stats if comfortable, you know the drill! Thanks!

Yes, someone had mentioned already that the first day is August 23rd I believe.

Based on when I got my Summer 2021 acceptance (I’ve reapplied for the Fall because of time restraints). The subject line is “PSON- ABSN Application- Phillips School of Nursing at Mount Sinai”.

I am in the program now. I would recommend taking one or both in the Summer otherwise you will be taking both at the same time with 2 other classes and it is a lot. I took patho over the Summer so I only has pharm left, recommend taking that one with the school

What do you think of the program? How is the faulty and classes?

Yes please tell us about your experience! I just spoke with the PSON office and they told me about the new location and the clinicals/ labs will be in person! ?

What about classes ? Are they in person or online?

classes are online for Summer 2021 and have been. they are uncertain about fall 2021

all online. clinical in person. we only went to lab once

I spoke over email fortunately not via phone, and when I asked how classes would be formatted they only said clinicals and labs will be in person. But as for emina said above, regular courses may be online? I think it’s a good idea, labs/ clinicals in person and regular courses online. Well find out soon!
