Mount Sinai ABSN Summer 2021

Hi everyone, 

I know there's forums for Mount Sinai's ABSN program for the last couple of cohorts, but nothing for Summer 2021. Thought I'd start this one and see if anyone else has applied for the Summer 2021 start?

I'm waiting to hear back still... to be fully accepted you need an interview? Also how long do you have before putting down a deposit?

Hi I don’t think you need an interview to be accepted. A lot of students for accepted without an interview so it seems like it’s selective. I am not sure about the deposit. I am waiting to hear from them. I had my interview last week.

I got accepted without doing an interview. It says that you have to pay the deposit within two weeks, doesn’t even specify by a specific date. I finished my last prereq yesterday and emailed them, then today I woke up with an acceptance letter. So maybe they’re waiting on certain requirements for some people before they hand out a letter? Im not sure how they do these things LOL

I got accepted today! Super hyped right now haha. Is there a group available? I don’t have facebook tho but would love to connect on Instagram if anyone likes!

I don’t understand what’s really going on. I was told they are on break, but they’re still sending out acceptance? Congrats BTW. 
I am just so upset because it seems no one at the school is really giving any concrete information. I am so frustrated.

do you recieve your acceptace via email? There is no portal right?

They usually send acceptance via email
