Just reaching out to other fellow nursing students who applied for this coming Fall 2011 ABSN program at Mount Saint Mary's (Los Angeles)...I completed my application a few weeks ago.

Called today & was informed that all the letters have been sent out by now. I interviewed on June 9th & have been waitlisted. My status on web advisor still says "completed--in review." Hope this helps! :)

I also called the admissions office today, they told me that my file was still under review and that they were still waiting for the final list. But she didn't say that the letters were sent out yet, at least not mine. I'm confused, I'm just hoping to get good news soon!

I called the ABSN coordinator directly...you should be able to find her through the staff directory on the MSMC website. I was asked for my MSMC ID# and she looked up my information for me. When I called the admissions office, they were very vague and only gave general information to me also.

Does anyone have some information on what dates we need to be around this summer? I want to take a family trip but want to gather more information on what we need to do next before I plan. I have not received my letter yet. I have also tried to reach someone at the office but have not been able to. Maybe someone here has some info. Thank you.

I found out today that I am on the waitlist.

I guess its better than nothing. Anyone else on the waitlist? Anyone accepted that is planning on not attending?

I'm interested to know as well. If anyone finds out, please post. My acceptance letter didn't have any important/mandatory dates. It said something along the lines of if you accept and send your deposit, MSMC will send you more information about the program/school, uniforms, etc.

I spoke to them today and apparently there is a last group of letters that is going out any time now.

i had my interview on june 6th with the director. my interview lasted around 40 minutes which i though was a good thing since i figured she must have liked me to talk to me that long...and at the end she told me that i had an advantage over other students because... anyways, after reading all these post, i'm kind of bum out to find out that i am on the waitlist as of june 22nd. so does that mean they sent out 40 acceptance letter already and are just waiting until after the deposit deadline to send out the last batch of acceptance letter to those on the waitlist? is it possible to find out what number one is on the waitlist, or are those random?
