My dog's groomer is a very pleasant woman named Sunday. My favorite aunt's middle name was Euretta (she hated it "You might as well have named me Urine")

Twin girls named Christine and Christina!

Sometimes when we ask patients what they are naming their baby, they say the name and it is so 'unusual' we can't even figure out what they said. So mostly we smile and say, Oh, ok.

We did have a mom tell us one time she wanted to name her daughter Chlamydia!

A mom named her twin boys Hunter and Fisher because that is all their Dad did the whole time she was pregnant! (Hunted and fished)

My grandson has afriend named Anakin, he is 9 yrs old I bet eventually he'll get Darth Vader!

I met a nurse named "Fun." Although she lived up to her name, I never found out if that was a nickname or her real first name.

I work on a Mother/Baby unit as a tech; had a mom yesterday named Infant. My nurse and I figured that maybe it was placed on her birth certificate and her mother (who was foreign) never changed it.

I once had a patient on an anaesthetic placement called Bumblebee (6 month old baby girl). I have also looked after a lady called "Shortie", not a nickname and she wasn't that short!
