MOR University scrubs

Anyone has ever ordered scrubs from MOR University and had trouble getting a hold of their customer support? I spent hundreds of dollars for two sets of scrubs and a clinical bag. Now I don't know where my order is, they have not sent me a receipt, and nobody picks up their phone to answer my questions. Besides that, their website does not even have technical support. I have no idea what to do and I am extremely frustrated at this point as other things are piling up in preparation for the beginning of semester. If anyone has had experience with them please let me know, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

No experience with them, but I would advise your credit card company that you never received your product and therefore are de-authorizing your payment. To accept your $$$ but withhold the product is simply illegal. Also let your school know, especially if this is the only vendor available. The potential loss of your school's contract over credit card fraud might be a good incentive to do their dang jobs.

Thanks for your reply, that is very good advice. Fortunately, they got back to me today. Apparently it's a small business and all the employees were in vacation.

I had the same problem, except it's been three weeks and a hundred phone calls, and I have no product, but they did take my money. I had to file a complaint with my bank. Mor university is the single worst business I've ever had to deal with. Their "customer service" LIED TO ME! And rather than helping me with my order, shipped it anyway. Chris and Kyle Davis(founder and VP) are rip off artists. They steal money from hard working nurses trying to get through school. Overpriced, terrible quality products, and the opposite of customer service. My professors are considering not 're-signing contracts due to how many problems our RN program has had.

yep i had to email and call them like crazy, 4 weeks after i purchased my order, i finally got ahold of someone and they hadn't even mailed my new uniform pants. The person i talked to went to the stocking area and shipped them soon as i got off the phone with her
