Mor university is the single worst business I've ever had to deal with. Their "customer service" LIED TO ME! And rather than helping me with my order, shipped it anyway. Chris and Kyle Davis(founder and VP) are rip off artists. They steal money from hard working nurses trying to get through school, y forcing us to buy their terrible products. Overpriced, terrible quality, and the opposite of customer service. They took my money, I have nothing to show for it, and they don't pick up the phone.

I had the same problem, except it's been three weeks and a hundred phone calls, and I have no product, but they did take my money. I had to file a complaint with my bank.
