8 month lvn to RN program at carrington college

Hello all, I have been doing some research online and have found that Carrington College in Sacramento offers an LVN TO RN program that is only 8 months. I have about half of my pre reqs done and they offer the pre reqs in the program if you have not finished them all. Has anyone been to this school for the LVN TO RN program or planning on going to this program in the near future? If so, was it worth it? How did you like it? Did you pass the NCLEX? Would you recommend it? Keep in mind that this is a private school so price is going to be elevated. Any help or info about this school would really help. Thanks!

any recent carrington college rn grads here that can give us a review on the school. did you take your science courses online and still get accepted?

I don't attend. But I know 1 lady at work who is loving the bridge program there. Plus at least 3 ladies from my Lvn program attend that campus. They are going to get in, out and ahead, as the commercial says. It's working for them!

$37,000? Are you kidding me? That is super overpriced. Did you do all of your general education? Trying to figure out why the cost is so hihg

Did you guys ever apply or get in the RN program at Carrington in Sac? was thinking of applying there for the RN program. I only have 3 more classes to take then I will be able to apply. The counselor told me that it was hard to get in but I wanted to hear from someone who is actually in the program.

Do you know if the Carrington college allowed you to have your LVN from somewhere else to apply to their LVN - RN programm??

I don't know why the program would be restricted to just their grads. Call them and let us know what you find out.
