Hello everyone! I applied for Monroe College's Accelerated program for the Winter 2023 cohort. I was wondering if anyone heard back or if you're a current students could describe your experiences in the program. I received an 85 on the TEAS scores, accumulatively 3.8 GPA and 3.3 on the prerequisites. Thank you and best of luck to you all!

Congrats I also got accepted I want to know more info though is the program 12months I keep getting mixed answers on that. I’m debating if I’m gonna go here or to mercy.

The program is 12 months IF you have ALREADY taken all the pre-requisites they require. There are like 13 pre-requisite classes. I am hoping they accept some of the classes I took at CUNY, otherwise for me it will be more than 12 months - fingers crossed. 

Also, they sent me email yesterday asking for additional documents like immunization records and stuff. I am thinking they will not tell me about transferring credits until that is done.

I’m my acceptance letter they said due to student feedback and committee review they decided to change the nursing program from 3 semesters to 4 semesters 

so the program itself is no longer 12 months

Wow! Thats news to me, I just re-read my acceptance letter and it doesn't mention it. Thank you for sharing. 

I hope I don't have to do 20 months at this point T_T

Hey everyone, is anyone else waiting for a decision still. My application says still in process but I haven't gotten an acceptance or rejection yet. I keep asking but they keep telling me this week or the next week. Im so anxious!

Do you guys know if this number is right cause Monroe College told me that it was actually 96%. I saw this in another post.

I've also been relying on that page to find schools and I think the numbers are true. Maybe 96 is for the most recent scores in 2022 that hasn't been posted yet?

I am still waiting on transfer evaluation - do you know if you don't need to take the pre-requisites ?
