Mine were seriously dropping like flies! I sent two kids home with fevers over 100.0, one with pink eye, one with what I suspect was an ear infection. But I started off my Monday morning after break by removing nine live lice and dozens of nits from one little girl's head! This is the third time this school year she has had an active case of head lice. Good times!

Oh I been having the worst luck since I came back.

So get this, I was in a minor car crash at the end of last month. (Short story, boyfriend came for Halloween anime convention, driving to our hotel/destination, dumb 18 year old girl texting hit me and in turn I hit person in front of me. Thankfully there was traffic and we were at a stop.) So I been battling it out with my insurance, person in front's insurance and the girl's insurance to get my car fixed. FINALLY got it settled and they are fixing my car thanks to girl's insurance, so I don't have to pay at all! Happy Amethya!

I decide to take my week vacation to Georgia to visit Boyfriend's family, which in turn loved me and seriously want us to get married (Spoiler alert: we prob are). So I think, my car will be fixed by the time I get back from Georgia. NOPE! Not fixed yet, do not have a rental and it's already Sunday. I try to get Uber and other ways to get to work on Monday, but I was stuck at home the next day. I then decided to get a rental, but they told me it will be available by 10 am, I have to get to work at 7:30, it was 8 am by then. So I was SUPER late!

Then today, just my luck. There's an accident to the easiest exit in our neighborhood and my mom, because she's late, drops my niece and nephew back in our house and tells me to take them to school, which now alternates my route and I come to work 10 mins late and I get in trouble.

Then yesterday was nothing but "I don't feel good! I want to go home!" and it's like SUCK IT UP! I don't want to be here either, yet here I am.

SOOO not my week. :(

Amethya, I almost didn't "like" that post because it's so sad...but kind of funny when it happens to somebody else. Talk about living under a cloud of Murphy's law. Sorry for laughing at your misfortune.

It's okay! lol, I'm laughing a bit now about it, but I'm hoping I get my car back soon. This rental is expensive and they promised to give me a reimbursement on it.

Other than that, yesterday was slow and that's how I like it. The fewer the kids, the easier it is for me.
