Congrats on being accepted for fall09:yeah: :yeah: :yeah: It's hard for me to apply anywhere else cuz I really can't commute cuz my husband commutes and I have to be the one to pick up my kids. I am hoping I will get in this next time. Thanks for the encouragement and good luck:D:D

Sorry Mammato3 for not responding sooner. I did not get in either :hdvwl:We will find out soon for spring! I will keep my fingers crossed for us both!! I will be applying to Delta for Fall 2010, did you apply to Delta as well? I have been taking my transfer classes for Stan State, So tired of prereqs and waiting. I hope we can stay in touch. Best of luck to us both!!

Sorry to hear that you didn't get in. Hopefully we both get in for spring:D. Yea I applied to Delta for Spring as well but I guess I was missing some info on my app so they disqualified me. Which is okay, because I can't really commute at all. MJC works out better for me. Hopefully we find out soon because the wait is killing me:angryfire

Delta is a tough one to apply to, mainly because their accreditation has been on the line. So if you miss something on your app. you can count on them not notifying you. Delta wants to weed out any applicant that may possibly fail in their program, so that they maintain or lower their attrition rates.

I did not apply to Modesto but when I applied to American River College I applied 5 times. I am now finishing my 3rd semester and getting ready for my final semester of Nursing school. Good Luck!

Hi Mammato3 I noticed today that the message on website has been changed, they will no longer be sending out email notifications. We will be recieving letters I guess. Have you heard anything yet?

I noticed that too! I was kind of hoping for an email because I think we would find out quicker. No I have not heard anything yet. They will probably wait untill wednesday to mail them out. I'll let ya know when I do and good luck:jester:

Mammato3 how sure are you about the letters being sent out on wednesday? I am thinking MJC strategy is to make sure no one gets acceptance until after the 12th so it will not conflict with the Respiratory Care applicants accepting into the RC program.

Hi,

The website states that we will be notified by Dec. 10th which is Thursday. So if they mail them on Wednesday, then we will get them on Thursday. I have applied 4 times and have always gotten my letter on the exact day they say we will. I don't think it has anything to do with the Respiratory care program. Good luck to everyone who applied:D

I double checked the website and it says that the letters will be mailed by dec. 10th. So we may get them on Friday instead of thursday.

Well, my friend received her letter today. She did not get in. My mail does not run until around 4:30 so I still have quite a while to wait. Good luck everyone:)
