MJC 2019 application period

Hey all,

While looking at information for the Modesto Junior College RN program I came across an awesome thread on here for the 2018 application period. It was great to read through and see how much they motivated each other. It gives us an opportunity to stress together and bond while waiting to see if we get in. I am hoping to make a successful thread for those of us ready to apply in May.

Best of luck to all

Thank you for starting this thread FutureRNhopeful2019, Im applying! How many points are you all applying with? I currently have 76 points but aiming for more on my second attempt on the TEAS.

Thanks for making the thread. I'm applying with 80 points to MJC's program. Is anyone else applying to Delta or Merced as well?

Im applying with 77. Im thinking about taking a 6 week EMT course to boost it up to 80. I will also be applying to delta in about a week.

I'm applying to MJC and Delta as well. I haven't calculated my points for MJC yet, but I'm applying with 78.5 points to Delta.

How do you calculate your points for Delta? There was nothing on the application for me that showed the point system scale.

how did you guys calculate your scores for Delta? I can't find their MSPAR.

hey do you all applying to delta are applying with human development from modesto? I am confused because i am from merced college and i applied to delta last spring and they disqualified my app saying that human development from merced is not equivalent to delta.. but i know its same for merced and modesto..can any of u give me any updates??? thanks..

It's awesome to see some replies on here!! and it sounds like y'all have some great scores!! I'll be applying with 79 points. I am meeting with an Allied Health adviser this Thursday to get some more feedback and be sure that I have all my ducks in a row well in advance!
Best of luck to all!!!

Hey guys, anyone score in the 90's on the teas and if so what did you guys do to study?

IreneRN- I did not. I scored an 85. I know someone that got a 90, she used the ATI study guide. I used that and the mometrix book, but didn't study nearly as much as I should have
