Hi guys! I thought it would be a great idea to start a new thread for those of us who are planning on applying to Modesto Junior College RN program. It would be great if we would all share with how many points we are applying with, this would give us an idea to see what are our chances are on getting in the program. With all the new changes, it is hard to tell what the cutoff on the points will be. I will be retaking my TEAS and hoping to apply with maybe 80 points or so. Hopefully ?????

Mine has said "last submitted on" since I originally applied. Included the time when they requested documents. It does not mean you were accepted or not accepted. As said, click on the link and it (usually) tells you more.

I asked 2 of my friends that applied with good points and their status also disappeared so I’m sure that does not mean we didn’t get in. Let’s just keep praying we hear good news soon.

Just got an email from MJC saying there was a delay on notifying and they were sorry they didn't know when they would be able to let us know! ? sad but understandable! Keep on praying and hoping for the best!

Notifications for the Nursing Program have been delayed due to the Covid-19 crisis. We regret we do not have any further information at this time.

Dear

The status notification has been turned off to your application status. When we are able to notify students we will do so by e-mailing your Modesto Junior College student e-mail.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. At this time we do not have any more information to share with you.

What do you think the point cut off will be?? Any educated guesses? Does someone have some insight. The delay is having me want to know.

I recently took nursing 115 for the one point, while in that class a counselor predicted the cut off this year to be around 78 or 79. Which sucks because I applied with 77 points.

Hey guys, some people are saying that in the application it is now showing a date received on the documents. It is located in the Dark Gray area of the application. Mine does not saying anything yet but I wonder if it means we'll hear something soon!:)
