MIstakes New nurses MAke?

I am trying to do a paper on mistakes and reality of shock new nurses. Can any of you nurses think of things that mistakes you see new nurses make or that you made? or things that were a a shock to you? CAn you think of any solutions for new nurses to avoid this?

This. People, know what you are giving. When you come up to me and ask me to cosign Humalog when their BS is 32, No i will not sign it. Dont come up to us and say your person is feeling "bad" after pushing 80! of lasix in 30 seconds when their pressure was 60/crap. If you dont know what it is LOOK IT UP!
