The following responses can be expected for a missed check in:
• The FIRST missed check in during a one-year period will require you to contact your
CCM by the next business day to discuss the details. Failure to contact your CCM will
result in a written warning being entered into your case file.
• The SECOND missed check in during a one-year period will require you to contact your
CCM by the next business day to discuss the details. The clinical team will meet to
determine the appropriate course of action which may include additional drug testing, a
face to face with your CCM, or a written corrective action plan to be entered into your
RMA.
• The THIRD missed check in during a one year period will require you to contact your
CCM by the next business day to discuss the details. You will be required to meet face
to face with your CCM and your case will be officially put on "problematic" status.
• The Forth missed check in during a one year period will require you to contact your
CCM by the next business day to discuss the details. Your case will be closed. For
regulatory RMA's an OTSC will be filed with the board of nursing and for non-regulatory
RMA's the Office of the Attorney General will be notified.
Did you miss a test? Why would you miss a test if you knew you tested & checked in?? Are you trying to hide something?? Were you working too much that you were unable to get tested? I'm confused. Also, didn't you get caught with a postive test for alcohol just last month? This will not look good to your probation monitor....
Here forgetting to check in and missing a test is bad but not fatal. I went to a "meet the Nazi" question and answer session offered by my nurse support group. I think if you miss a couple they basically make u start over.
However, just not going to a test I'm pretty sure would be very bad news. PNAP is pretty clear in that their demands come first and if that means losing your job so be it. I hope everything works out but I'm pretty sure you would be in a bad situation here
