I will be of the best help I can. I'm extremely prominent on campus...and in this program as I serve on THR executive board for the student nursing association as well so whatever you want to know I will be glad to answers. Like with every school there are pros and cons...I just think this one has more cons...

Thx prettyladie, u've made me smile, i guess thats what I will do , well I am a kind of student who likes to go to instructors when they are available if not i do my own researches as I am research freakk lol, Like you say maybe those instructors wont be there anymore, sometimes each individual has different experience depending on the way they act in a certain class because when i registered for some of my classes , people said the instructors is not good, he doesn't do this or that but i found out nothing was true. lol woww congrats so u are soon going to be BSN certified. yayyyy:yeah:

you're welcome

Thanks for the response raiza...I'm in the same boat you are because I've also completed all my pre-reqs and I'm just ready to start!! If you don't mind me asking what were your points and stuff?? Also, prettyladie...we'll hear something whether we got in or not right??

Just go and you'll see for yourself. Yes you will find out whether or not you got in...C Rudy is usually good about telling people over the phone as well. Good luck. Get in.get out. It's about the degree...that's it. If y'all have questions hit me up.

And all the instructors will be there..I know that for a fact the new schedules are already out.

I had 67.5 points if that helps cut off was 55.

So the instructors are horrible? What about their teaching methods? Did you complete your classes successfully? Did you have to learn yourself? Where were clinicals? And were your average grades As or Bs(if you don't mind)?

Also, were the classes consecutive or were they only spring and fall semesters?

Specializes in Emergency.

Yes I have completed my classes successfully as I stated I was graduating in Dec....so of course I was successful. I've not failed any classes. Some teachers really care but the majority are so-so lots of " figure it out" answers when you seek help. I'm an average student Bs. I do have a C in a class I took over the summer which was Research. There are few classes you can take in the summer...I studied abroad on one of those. But you can't advance to the next semester it only lightens your course load. Msu is 5 semesters so that's a con...I believe some classes are VERY self taught especially pediatrics. I took on an ER tech job so that I can be more clinically competent and hone my skills... plus I want to be an ER nurse...I did my clinicals in wichita falls and denton regional but that is only during the last semester. My community class was done in London England.

Oh wow that's great. That is a con. And I want to be an er nurse also!! :) are you going back for your msn? I've also been applying to er tech positions.
