What's their number and website?! I will look into it tomorrow for you. Also. did you call the school you would like to transfer to and ask them if they take their courses?! That would probably be your best bet.

unless things changed in the past year since i graduated, they are not accredited... you will have to take everything all over again, as i am doing right now... fyi, monmouth vocational IS accredited...
WOW! That sucks...Thank you for letting me know... I guess I'll have to apply elsewhere.

WHAT!!?? You took the entire program at Middlesex and it was not accredited. How the heck do they let that happen? Do they lie to you? OMG, that really stinks. Anyway, how's Monmouth County Voc. these days? I graduated a loooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggg(16 years) time ago. It was still free when I went there. The thing I miss most about that school is the uniforms. Do they still make you wear those ugly green pinfeather uniforms?
YES! THEY DO LIE TO YOU! I specifically called and asked the woman I spoke to if they are accredited and I even went into detail of how I wanted to further my studies and she said "Your credits will transfer over...Don't worry" Pahleeze! Give me a break:angryfire

it is state approved but not nln accredited. i am graduating in a couple of weeks there. their program is very hard. plus, you are not even guaranteed that you will get into that program. 300+ people take the entrance test (spring & fall) and they only accept about 30 students who get the highest scores.
nothing of the lpn classes especially the nursing classes are transferrable unless your lpn program is college-based and you take the college ap1 & 2 and college micro.
good luck with finding a program that suites you needs. if you have any other question, feel free to ask.

Yes, they still wear the green uniform at Monmouth Vocational. It is no longer free, it is now to the tune of $5500.00 plus supplies. Monmouth applicants get first priority over any other county applicants and they have a waiting list of almost a year. They also offer upward mobility with challenge testing through UMDNJ for potential credits of about 22 if you pass all the exams. Last Septembers class started at 50 and is now down to 23, its scarry.

hi, i am looking to complete an lpn program and then an rn program online... does your comment here mean that unless you do the lpn coursework at a college (rather than vo-tech), you can not then easily move on to an rn program?
sorry if this seems like an obvious question... i am just now starting to research my course of action to get this done. fyi.. i do have at least two full years of college credits that should help me out in the future with some of the general ed courses.
thank you!!!
