I am just starting my EC journey. I only have A&P and Micro to take prior to starting the nursing classes. Since many of you have been in the same position recently, do you recommend Micro or A&P first?

I did A&P first simply because ALL of the local community colleges in my state required A&P I first before being allowed to register for Micro. So, when I enrolled with EC, I did the A&P exam first, then Micro. Being that I'm no biology person AT ALL, they were equally devastating for me. Somehow, I got an A in anatomy and a C in microbiology, when I was feeling an F before I received my printout at Pearson Vue.:D

I just took the first Excelsior practice exam for Microbiology and got a 65....is that good or bad?

Not bad! I liked to get into the 70s before testing, usually got all A's. Good luck!
