Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

Guys what do you think of the sequences?

I got registered for sequence two. I think it's the best; any thoughts ? I have classes Tue 8-12:30, Wed 8-12:30 and my clinicals on Thursday 7 to 3 pm (Jackson memorial). Anyone taking the same classes ?

That's a great schedule. I wish transitional gave the option of 3 consecutive days.

Hey there. What do you guys mean when you say sequence two? I didn't know there was a specific sequence? Wondering if I am missing something. (I'm doing full time generic at homestead campus.)

Also, would someone be able to post the class sheet they handed out yesterday? I am out of town. I went to orientation on 11/6. And now I forgot to take the class sheet with me...:-/

Anyone know if you can return scrubs to Mdc bookstore. The ones I bought fit but are too tight to bend and stretch. Guess it's time to diet lol!

I am happy for those that were able to get the schedule they wanted. All that waiting and then to find out you can't register was probably stressful.

You guys that got sequence 2 are lucky!!!!

I have sequence A and the clases are Monday 8-10:45 & 2-4:45, Tuesday 8-10:45am, Wednesday 9-10:20and clinical friday 7-3pm.
