Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Published

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

I have orientation this Thursday for bridge/transitional who else is going?... Does anyone know how long it will be?

I'm going as well.

i think its around 3-4 hours

I'm going as well.

I will be there as well

Is anyone still waiting on being accepted? I'm losing hope considering the time that is available. I called yesterday and they told me that as long as you haven't received a rejection letter that means there is still space available. It's just a matter of them sending out emails still.

Hi guys sorry if I'm going out of subject but does anybody know where i can do the Medical Assistant Program? I know a few schools where you can do it in less than 6 month but I'm afraid they are not accredited. MDC takes a full year. Im just thinking about it to see if i can apply for the bridge program. Thanks.

Im still waiting, I called today and they still sending emails. Before I felt so bad for not receiving an email and now that I see people with my same Gpa being accepted I believe that what its meant to be it will be. Probably was not my time to go there and if I am not accepted then other door will open so dont get discouraged and dont give up.

Hi SRamirez011, im still waiting as well....:***:

I think rejection letters are going to be sent out on 11/08. I've checked on previous posts. If you still have classes to take to finish your AA register and re apply before 5/01/2014. Never ever give up on your dreams. Good luck. I haven't applied yet but I had suffered with you all the waiting time. Good luck !!

Still waiting

Yeah, rejection letters should be going out soon. This may just be my craziness and trying to figure out how much time we have left but the orientation for Generic is on November 20 and they require paper work at least 7 business days before orientation so we're looking at November 11 or sooner like BLNurse said
