Miami Baptist Health Nurse Residency, 2021

Published

Hey guys! I recently applied to Baptist Health Nurse Residency in Miami for the Fall 2021 cohort and I just wanted to create a form of communication for those who have applied as well! I assume we will not hear back for a while, considering it just opened, but if anyone has applied or heard back feel free to share here! ?

How exciting! The ER was my first choice but I spoke to Ana from HR and she asked me if I would be interested in interviewing for critical care. Hopefully we hear back soon! ??☺️

Update: Just received a call from HR with a job offer!

Congrats!! ?

Does anyone know if mother/baby is postpartum, L&D, high risk? All? Trying to decide between two offers, and I'm not sure what part of "mother baby" they mean

Congrats on your offers!? Mother baby is usually just postpartum!

Hey congratulations! HR called me on Monday with a job offer as well! I’m so excited! Quick question does HR told you when they are going to start sending emails with the offer letter?

I just got called with an offer for the ER, so I’m sure everyone will be finding out this week if they were selected! ☺️

Hi, I have an interview this week for the new grad residency program and wanted to know what type of questions were asked? Behavioral questions? How long was the interview? Any info is much appreciated! Thank you

Hey! My interview last between 30 to 40 min and most of the questions were scenario-based questions

They asked me things like described a time you helped a co-worker in need, a prioritization question, what are things your manager should know about you, etc.

Specializes in Pediatrics.

Hi! Did anyone do the panel interview on Friday? I have mine tomorrow and I am just wondering what kind of stuff they asked because there are going to be so many unit managers on the call!

Hello!

Does anyone know or has been notified of what the schedule will be next week?
