Miami Baptist Health Nurse Residency, 2021

Hey guys! I recently applied to Baptist Health Nurse Residency in Miami for the Fall 2021 cohort and I just wanted to create a form of communication for those who have applied as well! I assume we will not hear back for a while, considering it just opened, but if anyone has applied or heard back feel free to share here! ?

I literally just emailed HR about this. I don’t think anyone’s gotten a schedule yet but we start on Monday soooo

I was accepted into the program as well! I have emailed and called multiple times to know what the schedule is for Monday, and everybody I talk to says we will get an email on Friday or Saturday. I think its crazy that we have to wait until 2 days before starting to know what our schedule is. Does anybody know if it is virtual? I am trying to move down to Miami, and I don't know what day I can.

I believe it’s virtual for the first couple of weeks. Hopefully we get an email tomorrow

I received an email saying that I’m not fully cleared but will receive updates throughout the weekend. I already picked up my ID…so I was wondering if anyone else received that email.

I got three separate emails. One from my unit with some education modules and other instructions, one from Nurse Development Resources, and then the same pending one everyone is getting from HR. I honestly think we’re all fine, they’re probably just very behind schedule.

I only got one email from the development resources and one from HR. What unit are you? I am 4 Tower Med/Surg Tele.

I just received an email about a zoom meeting on Tuesday but it also said that I cannot attend the class if I’m not officially clear by HR. Does anyone already got the welcome letter from HR? or any email from the clinical nurse educator?
