Hi I'm creating a group for all the people who applying or got accepted to mercy college in ny for Spring 20
This term they are accepting 70 students with at least 60 spots left for the Spring.
Apparently, there are at least 10 - 12 students who got accepted into the fall but have been deferred to the spring. They had too many applicants so they couldn't keep them all. They maxed out at 90 seats for the fall. This term they are making sure to stick with only 70 accepted students.
My friend got accepted during the fall and her schedule is amazing. She has class Tuesday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
@OsiriaRose no nothing yet... what does your friend think about the classes are they organized and actually following a syllabus.. I heard in other school you pretty much teaching yourself and the professor don’t follow the syllabus and the exam be on topics never discuss

The official deadline for Spring semester's application is December 1st. They are currently accepting 32 students for the term (but it is likely that they'll accept more than 32). Good luck!
If you haven't applied yet, I was told they are no longer taking anymore applications for Spring 2020.
You need to have a complete application to be reviewed. All pre-reqs need to be completed or they won't look at your application. They stressed this information during the open house.
It sucks they are only taking 32 now. Initially I was told they were taking 70 and now it dropped significantly. However, if you don't get into the spring you can apply to their Summer Semester.
hi all! I literally didn't even know had an ABSN program. I looked at the program pre reqs and it says
B.A. or B.S. degree
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Personal Statement (500 words - Why you want to become a nurse)
Please note: Applicants with under a 3.0 GPA can apply to this program. Students may be considered for an admissions interview at the discretion of the Nursing program.
If you are considered, a Program Director will contact you.
