Have any of you ever used the Memory Notebook of Nursing volumes 1 or 2? I was thinking about buying them and wondered if they were helpful or not.

I have seen them and they are really great if you learn best by pneumonics and pictures. I have tried to order it before from Amazon.com and it never came. It took them 3-4 weeks to even tell me that they were sold out and were not going to ship, so I haven't tried to order it since.

I remember using one of these (can't remember which one...and I did graduate ADN in 1992) and since I am a visual learner they were a great help!

Yes! That is the same series I have (yes, I still have it! :rotfl: )

There are two memory notebooks that I know of: volume I and II. These are also now available on a CD Rom. I especially loved using these for med-surg and OB. :p

What exactly is the memory notebook of Nursing? I've never heard of it.

I got two of the memory notebooks. I'm a visual learner, so they helped me.

Definitely a huge help for visual learners. Our instructors used them often, putting them up on the overhead. I purchased them from our college bookstore for like $25.95 each.

Does anyone know what the difference between volume I and volume II? I could only find and order the second volume, should I try and find the first volume???
