Just making a thread for Memorial Hermann's Graduate Nurse Residency program for Spring 2018, so we can keep each other updated on our process. Started filling out my application today! Super excited and totally nervous already :/

PICU definitely interviewed in a different order. I was group E and was in one of the first interview groups.

i think some units do multiple interviews and some don't( like I know NICU did multiple interviews)! and yeah that is kind of weird! but maybe they did it by alphabet? or randomly pulled names or something!

First of all congratulations! I interviewed for the neuro ICU and was told I didn't get the job. Could you possibly give me tips/background? I was slightly stunned but not completely surprised when I didn't get the job since MH only hired two people.

I got a call today from the NICU and I got the job!! I interviewed once with a group and 4 interviewers and then went up to the unit and did my own interview with a panel. I know the PICU had a lot of candidates so I'm sure they will get to you guys soon enough!! Good luck!
