I recently signed a contract for an LTC facility in Iowa as well, and it's great to hear such an amazing review about Conexus. They have been very kind to me so far. I am yet to start because the immigration process takes a while, but fingers crossed everything will work out ? I would really love to talk and connect with you on whatever platform you are comfortable with. I have lots of questions, and I am sure you would be an invaluable resource as I move on with the process. What are the chances we'd get to meet someday too?! Hey Katikati! I have spent the last couple of hours reading through various threads about RN's in America moving to Australia to begin/continue their practice and you have been a very strong/encouraging voice in every one of them. I am also a recent ADN graduate, who is thinking about moving to AU, and I have so many questions!!! I called Nursing Careers Australia today, and they said that I shouldn't even think about applying to AHPRA until I have a Bachelor's degree, and over 800 clinical hours. I know your move is pretty recent, so while that may be accurate to them, it can't be entirely true. I can't seem to be able to PM you on here, but if you could please provide an email address for correspondence, I would be extremely grateful. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, we can talk on here as well. Whatever is easiest/most accessible for you. I just need to be able to talk to someone who has been through the process. Guys! I got an email from Memorial Hermann today. I don't know if anyone else got this email too. I have copied and pasted it below. Hope it helps to calm us down a bit. "Good afternoon, I wanted to give you the update that the Nursing Leaders were out at a conference all last week and have still not had the chance to review the applications and decide who they would like to invite to Match day. I apologize for the delay. I hope to hear more by tomorrow and will give you another update as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your patience. Warm regards,"

I am sorry about the confusion. I was the one who said that they were supposed to let us know about Match Day by the 13th, because that's what my recruiter told me in her email. Since getting the nurse residency questions from her, I have not heard anything at all. So for those who have not heard still...please don't lose hope. I applied to TMC and Memorial City and I would be graduating with an ADN so I am already wanting to give up, but God can do anything!!! Anyway, if anyone hears about Match Day please let us know on this thread so our hope can be reignited! I am thinking at least one or two people on here should hear about Match day. If no one on here has heard, then maybe they haven't sent out invitations yet?

@ashsebash I haven't heard anything yet. I have been checking my emails obsessively lol. I will let you know if/as soon as I hear. I hope they don't just give you the silent treatment if you're not invited to match day. I would like a notification, so I can stop hoping. They said they'll let us know by the 13th, so 2 more days!

I applied to Memorial City and TMC. The name I have is Karen M. and she's a recruitment specialist. It doesn't say which campus she's from. Did anyone else apply to Memorial City?

I received the behavioral assessments as soon as I applied, but the interview questions came in last week. I just answered the questions and emailed it back on Tuesday night. They are supposed to let me know whether or not I have been invited for match day by the 14th. I've been checking my emails every 5 mins lol. Has anyone heard about Match day? And how do you know what hospital is contacting you? Mine just says "Memorial Hermann Recruiter".

One of my choices says "Application under review" The rest just say "Applied".

Dang! I didn't get to go to the open house. Any relevant information I should know? How did you find out about Match Day? I've read through past threads and I think they work with you if you can't make the interviews...I might be wrong though!
