Hi there, I received a call for an interview for the Spring 2021 cohort at Memorial Regional. Has anyone been interviewed from ICU neuro Surg trauma and cardiac ICU? Can anyone share some possible questions or tips, first time interviewing and I'm so nervous about it.

Hello! Congratulations on an interview! I am waiting to hear from memorial myself its nice to know they are calling. My status has been under review... boy is waiting hard LOL! Some really good tips I've seen for interviews have been on Youtube check out empowerRN I think is her channel. You got this!!

Hey Congrats! If you don't mind me asking what day you submitted your application. I am wondering if they are going in order or what exactly is their process LOL. I applied towards the end of the deadline

Hey!! YES waiting is so hard. It is definitely nice to know they are starting to call. Best of luck to you and all of us. Indeed and Glassdoor also has good interview tips people have posted for MHS interview process

Hi everyone! I also applied to the residency ? I was wondering if anyone has any insight into how current or past resident nurses at Memorial like or dislike the program? It's hard to find any info on the forums and I'm just trying to get a better feel for the hospital itself, what the residency actually entails, and if new nurses feel supported there. Thanks!
