buslad, I know this post is old but to tell you the real thing about your monthly 600dollar salary in Nigeria is that, its very okay for the economy standard in Nigeria. If you come to the USA if you are in newyork and your monthly pay is 5-6k you will pay at least one-third of that for rent monthly, you pay for your car and insurance, the economy standard have a way of getting up to your pay and you have to be a wise person to save also. the main issue with the Nigerian salary is when the government don't pay on time.

    Hello Nurses,

I recently got a message to schedule an appointment for interview at northwell cohen children hospital NY, these are question:

    1. I received a mail asking me for the time I will be available for an interview, I replied the message by telling the person the days I will be available but ever since then(i.e last week), I have not had any reply. Should I send another email message or just wait?

    2. I need someone who has interviewed in this hospital before or probably have an idea of what I could be asked to help me out with possible questions I should expect.

    Thank you!

Hello everyone, I passed the nclex-rn and I want to encourage anyone who is about to take their exam to believe they can do it and pass at once.

The exam is very tricky and once you get a question you are not sure about you may end up getting the ones you should get right wrong because of fear.

I am an international trained nurse, this is my first time and it shut down at 75Q. I used kaplan and uworld but I will tell you uworld is just the best source you should use if you are taking the test.

All the best and remember thousands of people have passed this exam you can do it too!

Getting ATT once you are eligible to take the exam should not take forever. Once you register with Pearson call NYBON within 24hours and you will get your ATT. Don't wait, call BON. A friend did just that and got her ATT within 24hours of registering.

    Hello Everyone,
Please I need your view about the Maryann Hogan comprehensive review for nclex-rn. The book was published last in 2011 and from most review the book is more concise and better than Saunders.

My question - Is the Maryann hogan review still good for 2015 nclex-rn?

Is there anyone out there who has used the book for 2014 or 2015 nclex-rn exam? how was the review book pls?

Am getting palpitations from reading Saunders because the book seems overwhelming with too many information.

    THANKS.

    Hello Everyone,

Am getting conflicting lab values from most reviews, after going through previous posts on lab values for nclex prep on this website I checked and its like even NCSBN change lab values almost every year.

I want to ask recent nclex rn takers, which book review did you use for lab values?

    Thanks for your response.

@dishes, if you read my post very well, you will notice that I wasn't directing that scenario to myself.

    Hello AN,

Please I need some clarity about the CRNE exam. Can an international nursing graduate with BSN be allowed to take the CRNE without prior nursing license in her country?

    Your insight is appreciated. Thanks
