   Anne, even the cutoff for the accelerated program last year was around 3.85 I think with the regular being around 3.6-3.7, so I know a 3.9 would be high enough to make it into the program.

    Hi, Yes, you can be taking the last of your pre-reqs in the fall semester when you apply to the program. I did that myself last semester so you will be fine. Good luck.
