   I believe their doctorate program is very well rated nationally so probably a bit more competitive than other programs in the area? I'm applying to NYU also. I work at NYU so the tuition remission is appealing but Columbia is a better rated program.....

    I haven't heard either. I submitted Sept. 23rd and my GRE scores still haven't been checked off. I called Columbia and they said they are still processing the scores coming in..starting to feel disappointed though.
