Hi guys when applying for the AGBP-40, after bridging program, do I need to resend my CTC PRC documents aside from renewed good standing? (PRC id, board cert, board rating)
Regarding certificates, do I need to resubmit the certificates ive sent during my first application? Or should I only include the latest seminars prior to resigning?
Thank you so much

You can reapply using the same AGOS 40. And yes, you have to submit a new COGS. No need for PRC ID, board cert, rating etc. Just something to identify yourself like your passport, working with children check ID which you will obtain throughout the course, bank statements. They will serve as your identity. No need for the certificates as well. The school will be forwarding your grades and certificate of completion to AHPRA post BP provided you completed the requirements.

Hi. You can refer in Section L of AGBP-40. You will see there what applicable documents to submit.

Thanks for the response. I have already sent my RO an email 2 weeks ago but haven't received any reply. I was told by some friends that they were granted extensions after providing an offer letter. I am just concerned though if my second try would be granted even after rejecting my initial extension request.
