Hello friends,

I need to clarify my doubt regarding Graduate Certificate in Australian Nursing (EPIQ). I Wish to join this course in southern cross university. But i still dont have much more idea about the difference between IHNA Bridging program and EPIQ, Especially in SCU campus and further opportunities. if anybody going through this or plan to do it , it would be grateful to share your experience and suggestions. thank you

Hello my friend. Here's my piece.

EPIQ and IRON program are basically the same. The only difference is the method on how the schools teach. That is why (if you notice), some schools take only 9 weeks, while others take longer (24 weeks). When you finish one these programs, you will be eligible for AHPRA registration as RN or EN given that you still meet the other requirements. And for future opportunities, i think, as long as you are licensed to practice, and have the required experience (and luck!) there will be no problem in securing a job.

Thank you for the reply sir. To be honest, I really don't quite understand everything on the AHPRA website. I'm still maybe getting used to Australian terminologies.

My confusion is I read in different blogs that we are not required to get accreditation letters from school and CHED since we are graduates from the Philippines and we are going to undergo BP. But the office of IHNA here in the Philippines advised me to secure the accreditation letters.

I'm not sure how to move forward. I guess I'll send them still? It's important to be have more documents than miss some documents right?

Should I proceed that way? I have them anyway, I'm just scared it might be the wrong document since my school doesn't know what I'm talking about. :(

Hi.

If you already have the letters, that's fine.

Kindly see this link: Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia - Supporting Documentation. Go to number 14 for the accreditation letter format.

THANKS A MILLION..

Hi...About bridging program, may i know the minimum amount of money needed to be in the bank account for the visitor visa business stream? thank you

I had a problem with PRC before but is now resolved. I got a certificate of Good standing and this is what is written? Is it exactly the same as the one you all got? Thanks

This is to certify that according to the records of this Commision, Mr/Ms. ******* is a registered Nurse with certificate/professional license no. 0****** issued on ********. His/her professional identification card is valid until **/**/20**.

The said certificate of registration/ professional license remains in full force and effect as of this date there being no record showing that this authority to practice the profession was suspended or revoked for cause.

This certification is issued upon request by Mr./Ms. ****** for AHPRA purposes.

I'm not sure but my Migration agent required me to at least have Php350K. I am also applying for business visa.

Good day! I just want to clarify a few things

After I've finished my Bridging program and Applied for the registration again using AGBP-40, Do I need to re submit the school documents I've submitted when I have applied for Agos-40?

Also is it okay that my PRC GOOD STANDING comes in a day first at ahpra office before i file my AGBP-40 personally in AHPRA?

Thank you in advance!

You can re apply post BP using the same AGOS 40. And no, you don't need to submit the school docs except for the COGS from all the countries you're registered in. It's alright if your COGS reaches AHPRA first, they usually hold on to this for 3 months.

My friend used her tuition fee as financial evidence when she applied for such visa. Probably about 12k AUD? She got approved with no problem.

Oh I thought it was a different form for application after completing a bridging program ( AGBP-40) can you pay directly at ahpra office by cash? Or the only mode of payment is by debit/credit card as indicated in the form?
