Hmm.. It is just as what your RO has said. You need an affidavit for your name change. He needs a legal declaration (an affidavit) from you stating that you have changed your name from (your previous name) to (your present name), which in your case, due to marriage.Better ask your RO regarding your concern so that everything will be clear.
I have emailed him, I have yet to receive a reply. I was just wondering about the affidavit since marriage certificate is already an enough evidence of name change. Thanks for your reply.Hopefully he will reconsider
What BC schools would you recommend next to IHNA? As I may only be able to go last quarter pf this year, IHNA only have classes until June (Mel). Thanks for your inputs!
Hi. I cannot really say which school because the availability of slots change day by day. In my opinion, it is best to send enquiries to schools you are interested in.

Employer signed statement of service. The statement of service must include the following information:
· Official employer letterhead
· Dated and signed by a manager
· Dates of employment
· Indicate the total number of hours worked in the five years prior to the date your application was received OR the hours worked per week in that time period.

There shouldn't be any prob if you were able to include all the info that they need on your COEs. Job description must also be included.

Do they still interview incoming students for the program? Anyway, I'll drop them an enquiry email tonight. Thanks paul_rn!
